Paper Pop 2004 Paper Show Invitations

DESCRIPTION

WCP Solutions asked Mad Dog to design the invitation to their 2004 paper show, showcasing dozens of paper mills and vendors from across the country. WCP had a tradition of using themes with a double-“P” alliteration, so Mad Dog created Paper Pop Records. Artwork for a series of four 45 RPM album sleeves paid tribute to some of our favorite musical genres and eras. Each album title and band name incorporated printing terms that the target audience could recognize as inside jokes, and each song title combined the names of new paper lines and colors that would be presented at the show. Still one of the most fun projects we’ve ever produced.
