DESCRIPTION
UICC is the commercial construction arm of Ukpeagvik Iñupiat Corporation, the Barrow, Alaska Native Village Corporation. UICC was founded in 1978, but didn’t have its own identity until 2003, when Mad Dog was hired to help establish the division as an umbrella for all of UIC’s construction and engineering services. The hunter and harpoon, symbols of leadership in Iñupiat culture, were employed again to unify the various construction companies organized under UICC.
