SOUTH Back Room Series Posters

DESCRIPTION

SOUTH Restaurant + Coffeehouse is the latest addition to south Anchorage dining, by the folks behind Snow City Cafe and Spenard Roadhouse.

The eatery features “The Back Room at SOUTH,” a private dining room and chef’s kitchen that hosts a variety of cooking classes, special chef dinners, and guest chefs from the community.

To get the word out, Mad Dog created a series of posters highlighting ongoing events at The Back Room, including special prix fixe dinners by SOUTH Executive Chef Shane Moore; Pop Up Kitchen – which opens the professional kitchen to amateurs who want to experiment with restaurant service on a smaller scale; Get Schooled, which offers culinary classes; and Community Chef Dinners, which invites chefs to collaborate on private dinners.
